1. Strictly implement the aluminum profile production process regulations
It must be carried out in strict accordance with the corresponding aluminum extrusion process. During the start-up process, the temperature of the middle section of the aluminum rod furnace is set at 530-550℃, and the temperature of the outlet section is set at 480-500℃. 3. Reasonable selection of support pads

There are many reasons for mold plugging, and it is generally difficult for people without special training to express it clearly. It is best to check the mold by the corresponding mold repair personnel and find the reason before burning the mold.
B: Feedback of the discharge molding situation
In addition to the material head with a clearly marked extrusion die number, it is also necessary to mark the overall flow direction of the material head that is difficult to see on the material head, such as a, "intersect discharge" (indicating that there are two parts in the actual extrusion process. The inner side of the hole is slow and the outer side is faster); b, "phase separation and discharge" (indicating that the inner side of the two holes is fast and the outer side is slow in the actual extrusion process); c, "left long and right short" means that the left branch is long and the right branch is short. And the amount of the difference between the length and the short should be indicated. Because the distance between the interrupted saw and the discharge port is about 6 meters, the form of "A meter/6 meters" usually means that the component of the difference in length is A meter every 6 meters, so it is perfect and accurate. 5. Mold damage inspection
①The materials used to make the parts of the forming mold do not meet the requirements of the working conditions, causing the mold to be deformed, corroded or severely worn after a period of work.
②When installing and disassembling the parts in the forming mold, hit the parts with a hammer, causing the mold parts to be deformed or the smooth surface is damaged, and the working surface has impact scars.
③The split cone angle is too large, and the resistance to the melt flow is large, causing the split cone bracket rib to break.
④The working surface of the die and mandrel is low in hardness, which makes the smooth surface abrasion seriously and causes the surface to be rough.
⑤When adjusting the mold, the wrong degree of work will cause the mold adjustment screw to be broken, the die or the sizing sleeve will be deformed and cannot be used.
