1. Mold pre-check:
Once the plastic molds was installed on the mold, it should be inspected in order to find the quality problem in time, and the mold should be removed after the machine is installed. When the mold fixing template and the moving template are separately checked, pay attention to the direction mark to avoid the mold clamping. Make a mistake.
2. Slant guiding device:
When installing the mold, the two should closely cooperate to pay attention to safety. If there is a laterally shaped mold, the slider should be placed in a horizontal orientation, that is, the movable block is moved left and right.
3. Mold fastening:
When the mold positioning ring is placed in the positioning ring seat of the template on the injection molding machine, the mold is closed at a very slow speed, so that the movable template gently presses the mold, and then the plate is pressed, and the pad must be mounted on the pressing plate. For the piece and the pressing plate, it is necessary to install 4 pieces up and down. When pressing the upper plate, it is necessary to pay attention to adjust the height of the adjusting screw to the same height as the die, that is, the pressing plate should be flat. If the compression plate is inclined, the mold legs cannot be pressed very tightly. The side of the pressure plate is not close to the mold to avoid friction and damage the mold.
4. Correct the ejector eject distance:
After the mold is tightened, the mold is slowly opened until the moving template stops retreating. This is the orientation of the ram to be adjusted to a gap of not less than 5 mm between the ejector plate on the mold and the bottom plate of the movable mold to avoid Damage to the mold, but to eject the part.
5. Conditioning of closed mold tightness:
In order to avoid overflow and ensure proper venting of the cavity, when conditioning the hydraulic plug--knuckle clamping structure, it is mainly based on visual inspection and experience, that is, when the mold is closed, the toggle is fast and slow, that is, not very natural. It is not too reluctant to straighten, and the tightness of the closed mold is just right. For molds requiring mold temperature, the mold should be closed after the mold temperature is raised.
