Due to the development of technology in plastic modification and plastic alloy technology in China, pure plastic PC mold processing will develop towards composite molds. Of course, these composite improvements are improved under the premise of maintaining dimensional stability and design processing flexibility of the plastic PC mold itself, so that the moldability can meet higher processing requirements. PC plastic mold can be used for high-precision parts processing and precision injection molding of electrical and electronic equipment. It has strong impact resistance, flame retardant physical properties, colorless transparency at room temperature and excellent mechanical properties, plus PC plastic is relatively low. Costs are now more and more popular among mold manufacturers, and they have a large customer base in developed countries such as North America, Europe and Japan.
